Sometimes when you try to log on to the registration system, you may see the following error message:
Three quick options if you encounter this message:
1. Go into your browser's history and clear your browsing data.

2. Open a different browser. For example:
- If you encounter this message while using Chrome, open a new window in Firefox or Edge.
- If you encounter this message while using Safari, open a new window in Chrome or Firefox.
OR
3, Open an incognito or private window then log on to your connect.ucmerced.edu portal.
