The Success Mentor Program is a free resource offered through the Bright Success Center.
The Success Mentor Program matches first year students with juniors or seniors for one semester of mentoring to assist in a successful academic and personal transition to UC Merced.
First year student applications usually open online in June at the Success Mentor Program site and are usually due in late August or early September.
Mentoring usually begins in September.
