Sample 4-year plan in each major: 2024-25 Catalog
The 2024-25 Catalog for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 admits was released on April 1, 2024.
In the Catalog, you can:
- Review the requirements in your intended major
- See a sample 4-year graduation plan for that major that:
- Was developed by the faculty (professors) in your major
- Shows the correct sequencing of required courses in your major
On the Catalog home page:
- Select Academic Programs in the left column
- Majors and minors are grouped under the School that offers that major or minor
- Minors are optional (not required) at UC Merced
- The three Schools at UC Merced:
- School of Engineering (SOE)
- School of Natural Sciences (SNS)
- School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts (SSHA)
- Select your intended major to review the required classes in your major
- On the page for your intended major, review the sample 4-year graduation plan that is included above the list of required classes in that major
